Developed in 2014 by the builder Ashton Woods, Waterstone is a relatively new community in Hillsborough, NC. This mixed-use, master planned development sits on 337 acres and includes a large neighborhood of townhomes adjacent to several neighborhoods of single-family houses built with high-end interior detailing. Waterstone’s homes and townhomes range in size from 1600 to 5600 square feet, with prices from the $200,000s to the $600,000s.
