Hope Valley Farms, not to be confused with Hope Valley (an older community nearby), was built in the 1980s with most of it completed in the 1990s. It consists of many neighborhoods, including Chownings Place, Eagle Ridge, Greenbriar, Heatherwood, Oakbrook, and Windsor Oaks. Townhomes range from $120,000 to just under $200,000. Single-family residences sell from $150,000 to $400,000.
