The neighborhoods of Croasdaile and Croasdaile Farm are next to each other and conveniently located just north of I-85 in Durham. Developed on what was once a sprawling dairy farm, the area has a rich history and still maintains visual reminders of its rural past. The community of Croasdaile was developed between the 1960s and mid-1980s and consists of 200 homes on 500 bucolic acres.

The Croasdaile Country Club with its John LaFoy 18 hole-golf course is a centerpiece of the neighborhood. Home prices range from $500,000 to over $1,000,000. In 1987, development of Croasdaile Farm began on 1,100 acres just north of the Croasdaile Country Club community. It now consists of over 300 single-family homes with spacious lots in a pastoral setting, as well as townhomes, apartments, an office building, and the Croasdaile Village retirement community.
