Claremont is located in Carrboro, but it nonetheless has a Chapel Hill address. Built from 2008 through 2013 by Zinn Design Build, JT Lewis and Bethany Homes, every home is Energy Star and Green Building certified. Directly across Homestead Road, on the south side of the street, a new community called Claremont south is now being constructed.
