1209 Roosevelt Drive, Chapel Hill, NC

About 1209 Roosevelt Drive

Be one of the first residents in a freshly updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home designed with roommates in mind, just off Franklin Street near Café Driade and Sunrise Biscuits Kitchen. 1209 Roosevelt has been thoughtfully refreshed with new paint, flooring, and brand new appliances throughout. Custom built-in bookshelves welcome you at the entry, opening into a spacious living area with a decorative fireplace and skylights that fill the space with natural light. The layout works beautifully for shared living. Three bedrooms sit off the main hallway — a primary with en suite bath, and two additional bedrooms sharing a large hall bath. A fourth bedroom is tucked into a private second wing off the main living area, complete with its own bath, a charming sunroom and sitting area, and shared laundry. Step outside to a large, partly wooded lot with an expansive porch — plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Lawn maintenance is included. Bus access to campus right outside, with a quick drive to Durham. Plenty of off-street parking included. Available for 6-7 month lease ending in July 2027.
