Rich is an accomplished businessman with more than 35 years of experience in the sales industry. He has an enthusiasm, energy and passion for helping people find the right home! Rich has been a licensed broker in both Maryland and North Carolina and understands a home is one of the largest investments most people will make. He works diligently and thoroughly to make sure his clients have the least stressful real estate transaction as possible.
Before starting in real estate, Rich began his business career with Lorillard Inc. in 1983 while living in Watertown, NY and was eventually promoted to a Sales Manager in Baltimore, MD in 1986. Rich also served on the National MTQ Team (Management of Total Quality) for Lorillard. He finished his 33 year sales career with Lorillard in 2015 and continues to provide outstanding customer service to his real estate clients, going above and beyond to make the process an enjoyable and fun experience.
Rich lives in Chapel Hill with his wife and family. He is an avid runner and golfer and is a dedicated volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill.
